Who can submit a Personal Financing enquiry?
Eligible individuals in Malaysia may submit an enquiry. Final eligibility depends on the company’s assessment criteria, income or affordability information, identification verification and other applicable checks.
What information will I need to provide?
You will generally be asked for your full name, MyKad or passport number, phone or WhatsApp number, requested financing amount and intended financing purpose. Email is optional unless the company later requires it.
Does submitting the form guarantee approval?
No. Submitting the form only creates an initial application record. Approval, financing amount, tenure and other terms remain subject to assessment.
Business Financing
What businesses may apply?
Registered Malaysian businesses may submit an enquiry. The company may request supporting documents such as company registration records, bank statements, financial information or evidence of business activity.
What can Business Financing be used for?
Possible purposes include working capital, inventory, operational expenses, equipment, marketing or business expansion, subject to the approved product terms.
What business information is required in the initial form?
The initial form asks for the applicant’s name, identification number, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, company registration number, requested amount and financing purpose.
Application process
What happens after I submit?
The application appears in the company’s secure admin dashboard. An authorised team member may review the information and contact you to discuss the next steps or request supporting documents.
How will the company contact me?
The company may contact you using the phone, WhatsApp or email information submitted in the application.
How long does the process take?
Processing time depends on the completeness of the information, required documents, verification and internal assessment. No processing time should be guaranteed unless officially approved by the company.
Security and privacy
Is my identification number protected?
The website application system encrypts identification numbers before storing them in the WordPress database. Access is limited to authorised administrators.
Should I submit passwords, PINs or OTP codes?
No. Never submit online-banking passwords, card PINs, OTP codes or account login credentials through the website, email or WhatsApp.
Can I update incorrect information?
Contact the company as soon as possible and provide your application reference number so the authorised team can review the requested correction.
